Licensed Salon Manager

We’re a locally owned and operated Sport Clips location in Lincoln Park, NJ, and we’re looking for a licensed and experienced Salon Manager to join our growing team! Your Role as a Salon Manager:

You’ll lead by example—balancing your time between cutting on the floor, coaching and developing your team, and managing the day-to-day operations of the salon. This is your store to lead! You’ll also play a vital role in growing the business through behind-the-chair marketing, community involvement, local events, and by creating and managing engaging content for our social media platforms.

Pay:

Our salon managers typically average $22 - $35+ per hour including base pay, tips and incentives!

Our salon in Thorndale is looking for experienced Managers and Assistant Managers to join our fun and family-oriented team.  As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results. With an existing large client base, you will be joining an established team with lots of resources to ensure your success!

The manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. The manager will be balancing time between providing a championship haircut experience and coaching the team to be successful.

Our salon managers typically average $29 - 35 per hour including base pay, tips, and incentives. The manager is also eligible for bi-weekly bonuses based on store performance!
