We’re a locally owned and operated Sport Clips location in Lincoln Park, NJ, and we’re looking for a licensed and experienced Salon Manager to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about helping clients look and feel their best, love delivering exceptional customer experience, and have a passion for leading and developing a winning team to reach its full potential, we want to meet you!

Your Role as a Salon Manager:
You’ll lead by example—balancing your time between cutting on the floor, coaching and developing your team, and managing the day-to-day operations of the salon. This is your store to lead! You’ll also play a vital role in growing the business through behind-the-chair marketing, community involvement, local events, and by creating and managing engaging content for our social media platforms.
Pay:
Our salon managers typically average $22 - $35+ per hour including base pay, tips and incentives!

Qualifications:
NJ Cosmetology or barber License (Required)
Must live within 40 minutes of the store.
