Lead and mentor a team of stylists, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Deliver top-notch service that exceeds client expectations.
Foster a welcoming, enthusiastic environment where clients and team members feel respected, important, and comfortable.

Demonstrate care through positive attitudes, behaviors, and exceptional verbal skills.
Collaborate with a dedicated team to build the Sport Clips brand and support each other’s growth.
Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and staff development.

Qualifications

* A valid state cosmetology or barber license.
* Proven leadership experience in a salon or similar environment.
* Commitment to ongoing education.
* Strong knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Familiarity with a range of hair care products, including shampoos, conditioners and styling       products.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Sport Clips Haircuts is now interviewing for Hair Stylists and Barbers in our Latrobe, PA salon. Candidates for these positions MUST have a valid cosmetology and/or barber license.

Ideal candidates are those that love to help others, enjoy having fun at work and are motivated to achieve goals.  We love employees who have great personalities and strive to make clients look and feel their best!

We offer a fun, relaxed atmosphere and great career opportunities for motivated Hair Stylists and Barbers as we expand and grow. Besides working in a fast-paced environment with a male clientele, there are many advantages to being part of the Sport Clips team.

*Our Hair Stylists and Barbers are paid hourly plus commissions based on performance PLUS tips! Details can be discussed on an individual basis.

*Most Stylists average between $23-40/hr
