Salon Manager – Founding Team (New Murfreesboro Location!)

We aren't just looking for a manager; we’re looking for a Super Star partner in success to help launch our newest Murfreesboro location. If you are a licensed Cosmetologist or Barber with a passion for men’s grooming and a knack for coaching people, we want to hear from you.
As the Founding Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build your own team from the ground up, set the culture for a brand-new store, and grow with a local multi-unit owner.

What You’ll Do:

Community Pro: Represent the new shop at local Murfreesboro events
Qualifications:

Current Tennessee Cosmetology or Barber License (Required).

Minimum 1-2 years of salon management or leadership experience.

Strong communication skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
