We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our founding team for our brand-new Murfreesboro location. You’ll work side-by-side with the Store Manager and Owner to create a winning culture from Day 1.

What You’ll Do:

Lead by Example: Provide championship-level haircuts and the full "MVP Experience" to our clients.

Co-Pilot the Shop: Assist the Manager with scheduling, inventory, and training new stylists.

The Vibe Manager: Keep the energy high, the sports on the TVs, and the team focused on legendary service.

Grow the Business: Help execute local marketing and social media campaigns to fill the chairs.
Qualifications:
-
Valid Tennessee Cosmetology or Barber License (Required).

A passion for men’s and boys' grooming.
-
6+ months of experience in a salon (leadership experience is a plus, but we will train the right personality!).

A positive, team-first attitude.
