Your Daily Impact

• Support Store Manager with operations and team oversight
• Train, mentor, and motivate our stylists daily
• Focus on delivering exceptional service and retail sales
• Assist with recruiting and building a strong team
• Maintain excellent store standards and cleanliness
• Help grow our client base in the Grand Rapids area

What We Need

• Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred)
• Active Michigan Cosmetology license required
• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Results-driven and team-focused attitude
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits

    * A valid state cosmetology or barber license.
    * Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred.
    * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    * Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
    * Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in store.
    * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
    * Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
