What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services with an exceptional client experience.
- Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
- Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
- Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards
What You’ll Need
- Active Louisiana cosmetology or barber license.
- Hairstyling or barbering experience; men's haircutting preferred.
- A positive attitude and passion for customer service.
- Leadership experience is a preferred but not required.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
