What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services with an exceptional client experience.
• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.

• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards

What You’ll Need

• Active Louisiana cosmetology or barber license.
• Hairstyling or barbering experience; men's haircutting preferred.
• A positive attitude and passion for customer service.
• Leadership experience is a preferred but not required.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
