What You’ll Do

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of stylists

Manage scheduling, performance, and store goals

Maintain strong client satisfaction and operational standards

Partner with area leadership to grow your team and your income

Foster a culture of fun, professionalism, and teamwork

Ideal Candidate

Experience as a salon, retail, or service-industry manager or assistant manager

Strong leadership, communication, and people-development skills

Licensed cosmetologist/barber (REQUIRED)

Organized, accountable, and committed to excellence
