We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team.  As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.

The manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. The manager will be balancing time between providing a championship haircut experience and coaching the team to be successful

Our managers typically average $64,000-$72,000 including tips and bonuses. Generous bonus potential for client and sales goals reached within the first 12 months!

We have opened the first salon dedicated to boys and men in a fun, sports-themed environment in Grafton, WI! We are a local, woman-owned business and if you are a motivated, positive, reliable, energetic Licensed Salon Manager, Stylist, or Barber, we would love to talk to you.  We want only the top performers to be part of our team. You should be an outgoing and career-oriented hairstylist who has a current license and a passion for cutting men\'s and boys\' hair.

Our salon is looking for talented hairstylists who are passionate about cutting hair and making their clients look great! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. JOB REQUIREMENTS

* A valid WI cosmetology or barber license
* Ability to work a flexible schedule
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
* Industry passion.
