Job title: Salon Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our NEW El Paso, TX SportClips @ EastLake. As the Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality experience, while leading and supporting your team to success. You will also be responsible for the store’s overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

*Lead, motivate, and mentor your team.

* Monitor daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional client experiences.

* Implement and uphold SportClips policies and procedures.

* Manage inventory and supplies.

* Handle weekly scheduling, including daily floor management and time-off requests.

* Resolve client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.

* Conduct staff training and development to maintain service expectations.

* Collaborate with your Area Manager to meet and exceed store level goals.

Requirements

* Experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the industry preferred.

* Valid Texas cosmetology or barber license.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

* Proficiency in managing schedules and inventory.

* A passion for the industry.

* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
