What We’re Looking For:

• A valid Tennessee Cosmetology or Barber License.

Are you a talented Stylist or Barber with a natural ability to motivate others? Do you love the fast-paced energy of a busy shop but want to start growing your leadership skills?

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our founding team for our brand-new Murfreesboro location. You’ll work side-by-side with the Store Manager and Owner to create a winning culture from Day 1.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead by Example: Provide championship-level haircuts and the full "MVP Experience" to our clients.

• Co-Pilot the Shop: Assist the Manager with scheduling, inventory, and training new stylists.

• The Vibe Manager: Keep the energy high, the sports on the TVs, and the team focused on legendary service.

• Grow the Business: Help execute local marketing and social media campaigns to fill the chairs.

Qualifications:

• Valid Tennessee Cosmetology or Barber License (Required).

• A passion for men’s and boys' grooming.

• 6+ months of experience in a salon (leadership experience is a plus, but we will train the right personality!).

• A positive, team-first attitude.
