Sport Clips is looking for a motivated, experienced stylist to step into a Salon Manager role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, mentoring stylists, and creating an outstanding client experience while continuing to grow their own career behind the chair.
Our managers play a key role in supporting the team, maintaining service quality, and helping the store achieve performance goals while building a positive and supportive salon culture.

Performance & Technical Skills
Managers are expected to lead by example in both service quality and performance metrics, including:
Product recommendation rate (PBB%) above 55%
(percentage of clients purchasing recommended hair products)
Retail sales average of at least $1.60 per haircut (THPC)
Consistently strong haircut quality and efficiency within Sport Clips service time guidelines
Client satisfaction score of 85% or higher (CES)
Ability to maintain or improve these performance metrics as a manager
Operational Expectations
Ability to recruit, develop, and retain talented stylists
Strong collaboration with leadership on store performance and team development
Forward-thinking approach to solving challenges and improving the business
Minimum 80 hours per pay period
5-day work week
Open availability, including:
At least 2 opening shifts
At least 2 closing shifts
Regular Saturday and Sunday availability
Minimum 120 haircuts per pay period
Managers should also be flexible to work additional hours when the needs of the business require it.

Compensation
Salary: $2,010 bi-weekly
(with opportunities for quarterly increases)
Bi-weekly Focus Bonus: $425 based on performance
Shift Differentials:
+$3/hr on Saturdays
+$4/hr on Sundays
