High volume successful SportClips is looking for a motivated, driven, fun-loving Assistant Manager. We have a strong team, great clients, and a super Operations Manager who works alongside you to develop you. As Assistant Manager you lead the team when the Manager is not on the floor, and you are part of our Leadership Team. You help formulate growth plans for each stylist, plan contests and fun \"Pep Rallies\" to motivate and educate the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
* A valid cosmetology or barber license in Florida

QUALIFICATIONS:
* A valid state cosmetology or barber license.
* Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in store.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
* Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
