What You’ll Do

Our salon in Danvers is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and development of team members (hair stylists) and of our salon as well as assist in creating a positive and welcoming environment for both our clients and our hair stylists’ team members. Your core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. You will be balancing your time between providing a championship haircut experience and coaching the team to be successful.
Our salon managers typically average $25 - $39 per hour including base pay, tips, and incentives.
