JOB DESCRIPTION
Our salon in Danvers is looking for an experienced Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results. With an existing large client base, you will be joining an established team with lots of resources to ensure your success!
As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and development of team members (hair stylists) and of our salon as well as assist in creating a positive and welcoming environment for both our clients and our hair stylists’ team members. The manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. The manager will be balancing time between providing a championship haircut experience and coaching the team to be successful.
Our salon managers typically average $25 - $39 per hour including base pay, tips, and incentives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist in the overall management and supervision of salon operations.
* Provide guidance, support and development to hair stylists and coordinators.
* Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
* Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
* Collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals.
* Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* A valid state cosmetology or barber license.
* Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in store.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
* Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
