Pay: $60,000–$80,000 per year (base + bonuses + tips)

Our Salon Manger role is pivotal to our salon's daily operations, team development, and client satisfaction and community involvement. Be the positive leader who creates an exciting championship experience for our clients and inspires your team to achieve excellence!

  • Maintain the highest standards for cleanliness, safety, and TDLR compliance

What we are looking for in a Leader:

  • Proven Sport Clips experience (Stylist, Assistant Manager, or Manager)
  • You’re a natural leader with strong communication skills
  • You love coaching and building up your team
  • You’re reliable, positive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License
  • Must work opening, mid, and closing shifts to grow a WINNING TEAM
