Licensed Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist – Guaranteed $25+/Hour

Sport Clips Haircuts in Fairfield-Village Green,OH is hiring licensed cosmetologists to join our busy, supportive salon team!

With steady walk-in traffic and no need to build your own clientele, you can focus on doing great haircuts, earning reliable income, and growing your career. Our Fairfield-Village Green location is conveniently located across from Kroger, near the BMV and Flub's.

What You’ll Earn

• Guaranteed total earnings of at least $25 per hour, including tips

• Typical earning potential of $25–$35 per hour

• $500 sign-on bonus for full-time Team Members

• $250 sign-on bonus for part-time Team Members

About the Role

You’ll provide high-quality men’s and boys’ haircuts in a clean, organized, sports-themed salon with a steady flow of clients. Our Team Members receive ongoing education, hands-on support, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

We are a locally operated Sport Clips franchise group with five busy salons in the area and a leadership team committed to supporting our stylists.

Job Types: Full-time and Part-time

Expected Total Compensation: $25–$35 per hour

License/Certification:
