Pay & Compensation
$23/hour base pay + tips
Average $30–$40/hour total compensation

️ Key Responsibilities
Support the Salon Manager in daily operations
Coach, develop, and motivate stylists and coordinators
Deliver exceptional haircuts and customer experiences
Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding
Help drive store revenue and performance goals
Maintain a positive, professional team environment
Qualifications
Active Montana Cosmetology or Barber License (Required)
Previous salon leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
Available for evenings and weekends as needed
