What the Role Entails

• Partner with the Store Manager on daily operations and leadership
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver top performance
• Drive outstanding client experiences and retail sales
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
• Uphold high standards for store cleanliness and presentation
• Help expand our client base in the Caledonia area

Requirements

• Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred)
• Active Michigan Cosmetology license required
• Energetic, positive attitude with excellent people skills
• Motivated by goals and team success
• Availability for evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay + service commissions + retail commissions

    * Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred.
    * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    * Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
    * Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in store.
    * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
    * Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
