- Run the floor when the Store Manager is off — opening, closing, and keeping the wait times down
- Coach stylists on the MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores
- Help with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles
- Set the example behind the chair — you're still cutting, and you're the standard
- Train as the next Store Manager — this is the seat we promote from

- Active Indiana cosmetology or barber license
- Experience behind the chair and a track record of strong numbers — or the drive to build one

- Reliable, organized, and available for weekends and key shifts
