What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team leadership
- Deliver outstanding customer service and coach stylists to do the same
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing top talent
- Drive sales goals for both services and retail products
- Maintain exceptional store standards for cleanliness and brand presentation
- Open and close the store as needed
- Help build a loyal client base in the O'Fallon community
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership or management experience (salon experience preferred)
- Active Cosmetology license preferred but not required
- Outgoing personality with natural leadership ability
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Reliable, positive attitude, and availability for evenings and weekends
