What We’re Looking For

* Active ILLINOIS Cosmetology or Barber License

* Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred)

* Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)

What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team leadership
• Deliver outstanding customer service and coach stylists to do the same
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing top talent
• Drive sales goals for both services and retail products
• Maintain exceptional store standards for cleanliness and brand presentation
• Open and close the store as needed
• Help build a loyal client base in the O'Fallon community

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership or management experience (salon experience preferred)
• Active Cosmetology license preferred but not required
• Outgoing personality with natural leadership ability
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Reliable, positive attitude, and availability for evenings and weekends
