Salon Manager - $80K - $100K

We are a Sport Clips franchisor with eight stores in Chicago and the surrounding area, with a unique approach to our mission, to our team, and to our clients. Your core responsibilities will be managing a team of stylists and barbers to deliver phenomenal haircut experiences to our clients while meeting the salon’s business objectives. You lead by example, balancing your time behind the chair with coaching your team to be successful.
- Guaranteed total compensation: $80K (+$20K Bonus Opportunity)

- Valid IL cosmetology or barber’s license
