We are looking for a Barber/Salon Manager to be responsible for our location’s day-to-day operations. We are a busy and well-established men and boys' haircutting salon. Barber/Salon Manager responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our services, and hiring and training our team members. If you are ready to take your career to the next level and have excellent organizational abilities, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll be running the business with support from our team leaders.

Responsibilities

-Oversee daily salon operations

-Hire and train stylists/barbers

-Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality

-Ensure all services meet high-quality standards

-Maintain staff records

Skills

-Proven work experience in a salon or barbershop

-Excellent organizational skills

-Ability to handle customers’ requests with grace

Current Wisconsin Barber or Cosmetology License required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year + tips + bonus

Sport Clips is hiring immediately for our busy location in Delafield!  We have a fun, face paced environment where stylists can show up, cut hair and make great money doing it!  

We start at a base wage of $17-20 per hour depending on flexibility.
$17- 20 + back bar bonus + 20% retail comission + tips.
