- Complete monthly product/retail inventory
- Attend and participate in performance meetings - bi-weekly and monthly
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of retail sales strategies and techniques
- Proficienct in various hair styling techniques, including barbering
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational skills
