Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of salon operations, including scheduling, floor coverage, and inventory management- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain TDLR requirements
- Coach your Stylist Team Members to improve and maximize their skills and professionalism
- Cash management responsibilities - daily sales/deposit accuracy, regular cash bank deposits, discount management and tracking
- Understand Salon Ultimate to track salon's performance - daily/weekly/quarterly/ annual sales
- Complete monthly product/retail inventory
- Attend and participate in performance meetings - bi-weekly and monthly
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of retail sales strategies and techniques
- Proficienct in various hair styling techniques, including barbering
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational skills

*Maintain a clean and professional workspace
Requirements:
*Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License
