Your Role:

• Assist with overall salon operations and management
• Support, coach, and develop stylists and coordinators
• Ensure every client has an exceptional experience
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
• Collaborate with the Salon Manager to hit revenue and sales goals
• Stay on top of industry trends and share knowledge with the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid state cosmetology license
• Previous leadership experience in a salon preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and multitasking pro
• Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends
