What You'll Do as a Sport Clips Store Leader

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of licensed hair stylists and barbers
• Drive salon performance through scheduling, staffing, and client retention
• Deliver and model the Championship Haircut Experience every shift
• Build a loyal client base and grow the business at the Mallard Creek location
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top stylist and barber talent
• Create a positive, family-like salon environment where your team wants to stay and grow
• Partner with your Area Leader on goals, performance, and team development

Store Leader Requirements

• A valid North Carolina cosmetology or barber license
• Prior leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred (salon experience a plus)
• Passion for cutting hair and developing other stylists and barbers
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• Reliable, committed to excellence, and genuinely cares about the team
• Strong industry passion and a track record of building client relationships
