KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of stylists and barbers
• Drive salon performance through goal setting, accountability, and motivation
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment
• Manage scheduling, productivity, and daily operations
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented culture

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Mississippi Cosmetology or Barber License
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
