Assistant Manager Opening at Sport Clips South County! Sport Clips of South County is looking for an energetic Assistant Manager to help lead our team. This location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser, a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator with a proven track record of success.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team oversight
• Coach and develop stylists through hands-on training
• Focus on delivering outstanding client service and retail sales
• Assist with recruiting and building a strong team
• Maintain exceptional store cleanliness and brand standards
• Help grow our loyal client base in the South County area

Requirements

• Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred)
• Active Missouri Cosmetology license required
• Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Driven by goals and team success
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits

Join Our Growing Team Keyser Enterprises, the franchise operator behind Sport Clips Haircuts and Waxing the City, is expanding across five Midwestern states. We’re seeking a reliable Operations Assistant to support our salon and studio network from our St. Louis office.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a beauty industry background who enjoys the operational side of the business.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and nurture partnerships with cosmetology schools throughout the region
• Support recruiting efforts, including screening and interviewing stylists and estheticians
• Handle product and supply ordering for all salon locations
• Oversee maintenance requests and facility repairs at the store level
• Provide day-to-day operational assistance to keep our locations running at their best

Requirements

• Active Cosmetology license (must be current)
• Prior office or administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Solid communication and people skills
• Comfortable managing tasks across multiple states
