Your Role Includes

• Partnering with the Store Manager to run smooth daily operations
• Coaching and developing a talented team of stylists
• Leading by example with exceptional client service and retail sales
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team training
• Ensuring the store stays spotless and fully branded
• Opening/closing shifts and helping grow our local clientele

Requirements

• Prior leadership or management experience (salon background is a plus)
• Active Illinois Cosmetology license required
• Energetic personality and strong communication skills
• Motivated by sales goals and team success
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate + service commissions + retail commissions
