We're seeking an experienced, high-energy Store Manager who’s ready to lead a team of top-notch stylists while delivering the MVP Experience to every client, every time. Schedule Requirements

This leadership role requires dedication and flexibility. You must be willing and able to:

Work at least 80 hours per pay period (and more when needed)
Have open availability including:
• 2 opening shifts
• 2 closing shifts
• Saturday & Sunday coverage
Maintain a 5-day work week
️ Deliver a minimum of 120 haircuts per pay period while balancing managerial duties

Manager Compensation & Perks

We take care of our leaders! Our manager compensation package includes:

Biweekly salary: $1,690 + $300 focus bonus
Saturday differential: +$3/hr | Sunday differential: +$4/hr
Daily Pay- early access to pay and tips

80 hours of additional PTO (including holidays + self-care time)
