Our management team averages $30-48 per hour (including base pay, tips & incentives)
As a Salon Manager, you will spend your time cutting hair on the floor, developing stylists, managing the day-to-day activities within the salon, and helping to grow the store’s clientele.

Qualifications:

•          A valid DE cosmetology or barber license

•          Ability to work a flexible schedule

•          Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:

Standing for long periods of time
 

Gripping, fine manipulation, twisting and turning continuously  

Working above shoulder level continuously  

Frequent bending, pushing and pulling  

Occasional kneeling and climbing

Hands frequently exposed to water
