Sport Clips Haircuts in Westlake Village is one of the busiest locations in the region, and we’re looking to add a Manager in Training to help us build our leadership bench as we continue to grow.

This is not a replacement role. We are intentionally developing future leaders and preparing for upcoming new store openings and future manager opportunities. The right candidate will continue working behind the chair while being placed into paid manager training and leadership development.

As a Manager in Training, you will:

Receive paid management training while maintaining strong stylist earnings

Be made aware of new store openings and manager opportunities first

Learn how to lead teams, manage operations, and drive performance in a high-volume salon

Work closely with experienced leadership in one of our top-performing locations

Requirements:

Must be a licensed cosmetologist or barber

Strong work ethic and professionalism

Interest in leadership, coaching, and career growth

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

This role is ideal for a stylist who enjoys being busy, wants more responsibility, and is ready to take the next step toward management—without leaving the chair immediately.

Hair Stylists, Barbers, Cosmetologists!

We are looking for barbers and cosmetologists that want to work in a busy salon! Our Westlake Village location is the busiest store in our region, but still easy driving distance to our Simi Valley training center. The average hair stylist on our team brings home over $30/hr on average most payperiods (including tips). At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing in person training from the best coaches in the industry to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. Requirements:

*A valid CA cosmetology license is required

*Cutting experience in a salon preferred however not required – fresh out of beauty school or new to men’s haircuts? We will train you!
