Sport Clips Haircuts is opening a brand-new location in Ontario, and we're looking for a motivated, experienced Salon Manager to lead our opening team!

This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed cosmetologist or barber who enjoys developing people, leading by example, and creating a positive, high-performing salon environment.

As our Salon Manager, you'll play a key role in building the team, overseeing daily operations, and establishing a strong foundation for long-term success.

What You'll Do as Salon Manager

• Lead and Develop Your Team: Recruit, hire, train, and coach stylists while building a positive, accountable team culture.

• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee scheduling, inventory, POS operations, and salon opening and closing procedures.

• Drive Salon Performance: Monitor sales, productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational goals.

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Lead by example, resolve customer concerns, and maintain Sport Clips' service standards.

• Maintain Accountability: Ensure team members follow company policies, schedules, licensing requirements, and safety procedures.

• Communicate with Ownership: Work closely with the owners on staffing, business performance, operational needs, and opportunities for improvement.

Salon Manager Requirements

• Active California cosmetology or barber license

• Previous salon management or team leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills

• Ability to motivate employees and maintain accountability

• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and daily business operations

• Passion for customer service and team development

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
