About the Role
This is a men’s haircut-focused salon with a steady flow of clients. You’ll work in a clean, organized environment with clear systems, strong support, and a leadership team that values reliability, growth, and respect.
What You'll DO as a Manager:
Lead and coach your team in the salon to deliver excellent Client Experiences
Handle scheduling, training, inventory, and team development
Support and hold your team accountable for performance and goals
Lead by example and promote Sport Clips values
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and career-driven licensed cosmetologist or barber to lead our team of hair stylists. This licensed hairstylist position is a haircutting position with paid leadership training, strong earning potential, and great benefits.
