Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. Stylists typically average $20-30/hour including base pay, tips, and incentives. Our top stylists earn over $35 with unlimited potential!

Responsibilities of a Sport Clips Pro Stylists:

*Deliver exceptional customer service using Sport Clips’ Five-Point Play
*Provide high-quality haircuts, relaxing shampoo scalp massages, and upper back massages
*Educate clients about products and styling tips
*Follow TDLR sanitation standards
*Maintain a clean and professional workspace

Requirements:

*Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License
*Passion for customer service and teamwork
*Weekend availability and closing shift flexibility preferred
