As a Salon Manager, you will spend your time between cutting on the floor, developing stylists, managing the day-to-day activities within the store and helping to grow the store’s clientele.

PAY & PERFORMANCE

• Guaranteed hourly base pay ($19)
• Average $30–$40 per hour (base pay + tips + incentives)

• Valid South Dakota Cosmetology or Barber License
• Leadership mindset with strong people skills
