Our Sport Clips location at 41st & Ellis Road in Sioux Falls is reopening under new ownership and new leadership, and we’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Salon Manager who’s excited to help build a team from the ground up, shape a positive culture, and lead with intention.

As our Salon Manager, you won’t be stepping into someone else’s system—you’ll help create it.
You’ll work alongside new ownership to:
Recruit, hire, and develop a brand-new team
Set the tone for a positive, accountable, and supportive culture
Lead with purpose, clarity, and consistency
Deliver exceptional service while growing a strong, loyal client base
This is a leadership role for someone who loves cutting hair and leading people.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who:
Leads by example on the floor
Is passionate about coaching and developing stylists
Delivers exceptional customer experiences
Builds strong team relationships and morale
Drives performance while keeping culture first

PAY & PERFORMANCE
Average $27–$35 per hour (base pay + tips + incentives)
Bi-weekly performance bonuses

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Valid South Dakota Cosmetology or Barber License
Leadership mindset with strong people skills
