* A valid cosmetology or barber license
* Ability to work a flexible schedule 40+ hours per week

This role is ideal for a licensed cosmetologist or barber who enjoys coaching teams, managing salon operations, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Join the largest hair salon team in the Charlotte region — Team Bailey operates 14 Sport Clips locations across Charlotte, Matthews, Wesley Chapel, Indian Trail, Gastonia, Belmont, Concord, Kannapolis, and Harrisburg.

Managers typically earn $35–$40+ per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and performance commission.
