What You\'ll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of stylists, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Deliver top-notch service that exceeds client expectations.
Foster a welcoming, enthusiastic environment where clients and team members feel respected, important, and comfortable.
Demonstrate care through positive attitudes, behaviors, and exceptional verbal skills.
Collaborate with a dedicated team to build the Sport Clips brand and support each other’s growth.
Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and staff development.

* A valid state cosmetology or barber license.
* Proven leadership experience in a salon or similar environment.
* Commitment to ongoing education.
* Strong knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Familiarity with a range of hair care products, including shampoos, conditioners and styling products.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our salon in Carlisle is looking for an experienced Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results. With an existing large client base, you will be joining an established team with lots of resources to ensure your success!
The manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. The manager will be balancing time between providing a championship haircut experience and coaching the team to be successful.
Our salon managers typically average $27 - 33 per hour including base pay, tips, and incentives. The manager is also eligible for monthly bonuses based on store performance!
