Our Managers earn an average of $35–$45/hr (base pay + tips + bonuses + incentives)

- Coaching, developing, and inspiring your Team Members
- Leading day-to-day operations, scheduling, and store performance

Compensation:
- Average Manager pay: $35–$45/hr
- Base pay + tips + store performance bonuses + leadership incentives

Our locally-owned Sport Clips location at Mall 205 is looking for a Store Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team.
Description:
As the Manager, you will build a team and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results through great customer service and brand delivery. The Manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. Having manager’s experience is suggested but not a requirement. Our structured training program will give you the confidence and coaching to be a successful manager. You’ll have endless support from our Area Manager, Technical Training Manager, and (7) other fellow store managers in the Portland Area.
Our Managers typically make +$40/hr including Tips and Bonuses with hourly base pay is $22-$24/hr.
