Our Managers earn an average of $35–$45/hr (base pay + tips + bonuses + incentives)

Compensation:

Sport Clips — Hiring an Assistant Store Manager (Licensed) – Happy Valley

Are you a licensed barber or cosmetologist ready to grow into a leadership role?
Join our team at Sport Clips of Happy Valley as an Assistant Store Manager, where you’ll learn, lead, and inspire. You’ll be supported by experienced management, work hands-on behind the chair, and help build a culture where stylists thrive and guests love the MVP experience.

What You’ll Do:
* Assist the Store Manager with daily operations: scheduling, coaching, team performance, and more.
* Cut hair and deliver the same championship-level service as your stylists — you’ll still be on the floor.
* Support in recruiting, onboarding, and training new stylists.
* Mentor and develop stylists, helping them grow in skill, confidence, and career.
* Collaborate with management to hit revenue, retention, and guest satisfaction goals.
* Help maintain store standards for cleanliness, organization, and brand delivery.
* Contribute to building a positive, fun, team-oriented culture.

Compensation & Pay:
Competitive pay: $25 – $35/hr (hourly base + bonuses + tips)
