We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first Store Manager to help launch and grow our brand-new Happy Valley location. If you love developing others, delivering legendary experiences, and leading a winning team, this is the opportunity for you.
Our Managers earn an average of $35–$45/hr (base pay + tips + bonuses + incentives)
What You’ll Do as a Sport Clips Manager:
- Coaching, developing, and inspiring your Team Members
- Leading day-to-day operations, scheduling, and store performance
- Cutting on the floor and delivering the MVP Experience
- Helping grow the store’s clientele and community presence

Compensation:
- Average Manager pay: $35–$45/hr
- Base pay + tips + store performance bonuses + leadership incentives

Who You Are:
- Experienced and licensed cosmetologist or barber in Oregon
- Strong communicator and natural coach
- Passionate about creating a positive team culture
