We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first Store Manager to help launch and grow our brand-new Happy Valley location. This is a unique opportunity to build your team, shape the culture, and set the standard from day one.

Our Managers earn an average of $35–$45/hr (base pay + tips + bonuses + incentives)
What You’ll Do as a Sport Clips Manager
- Coach, develop, and inspire your team from the ground up
- Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, and store performance
- Cut on the floor and deliver the MVP Experience
- Help establish and grow the store’s clientele and local presence
- Build a strong, positive, team-oriented culture from day one

Compensation
- Average Manager pay: $35–$45/hr
- Base pay + tips + store performance bonuses + leadership incentives

- Licensed cosmetologist or barber in Oregon
