We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Hobbs, NM Sport Clips. As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality experience, while leading and supporting your team to success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and mentor your team.

- Monitor daily operations to ensure a fun team culture, while providing exceptional client experiences. 

- Uphold SportClips values. 

- Create weekly scheduling, including daily floor management. 

-Personal time mangement and comunication. 

- Consistent team development to maintain service expectations. 

- Collaborate with your Area Manager to meet and exceed store level goals.

Requirements

- Experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the industry preferred.

- Valid New Mexico cosmetology or barber license.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

- Proficiency in managing schedules and inventory.

- A passion for the industry.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
