This is a rare opportunity to help build a brand-new Sport Clips location from the ground up.

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Salon Manager who wants more than just another salon job. If you’re passionate about leadership, team culture, customer service, and career growth, we want to talk with you NOW before our Helena location opens.

As the opening Salon Manager, you’ll help shape the team, culture, and success of our newest Montana Sport Clips location.

Compensation & Benefits

Earn $35–$45+ per hour

(Includes base pay, leadership bonuses & tips)

What We’re Looking For

• Active Montana Cosmetology or Barber License

• Previous salon leadership or Assistant Manager experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Positive, team-first mindset

• Passion for developing stylists and creating a great client experience

• Motivated professional excited to help launch a new business

Men’s haircut experience is a plus, but we provide paid training and support.
