• $23/hour starting floor wage for newly licensed stylists

• $24/hour starting floor wage for experienced stylists

• $1,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying experienced stylists

• Tips on top of your hourly pay

• Performance-based hourly wage increases

• Retail commissions up to 20%

• Additional hourly premiums for eligible shifts and responsibilities

Experienced stylists may qualify for a $1,000 sign-on bonus:

• $500 after 90 days of employment

• $500 after six months of employment
