JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our Sport Clips team in University City across from Costco. Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role preferably has Sport Clips experience. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. As a Salon Manager, you would typically average $24-36 per hour including base pay, tips and incentives with the potential to earn even more as the store continues to grow!

JOB REQUIREMENTS
   * A valid MO cosmetology or barber license.
   * Previous leadership experience in a salon environment.
   * Previous Sport Clips management experience preferred.
   * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
   * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
   * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
   * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
