KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of stylists and barbers
- Drive salon performance through goal setting, accountability, and motivation
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment
- Manage scheduling, productivity, and daily operations
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented culture
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Mississippi Cosmetology or Barber License
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for developing others and growing a successful team
